Thank you for shopping at Fluva. We want you to love your new shoes. If you're not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
It must be in the original packaging with tags attached
You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale"
Items that show signs of wear or use
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@fluva.store with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fluva.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please start a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
